01Who we are

This website, itcoresearch.com, is operated by ITCore, an SEO and AI search visibility agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, founded and led by MD. TAMZID ULLAH. ITCore is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@itcoresearch.com.

02What we collect

  • Contact form: your name and email (required), phone or WhatsApp number and website (optional), the service you need, how you found us and your message.
  • Email and WhatsApp: anything you choose to send us.
  • Client work: business contact details, invoices and the website or account access you share for a project.
  • Analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, collected with cookies (see section 05).
  • Security logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and browser. When you send the contact form, your IP address is used in hashed form for one hour to block spam.

03How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free audit; to deliver, manage and invoice client work; to improve this website; to keep it secure; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we will not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your request or a contract, our legitimate interests, your consent (for certain cookies) and legal obligations.

04Who we share it with

Only trusted providers that help us run the website and our business: Hostinger (hosting, CDN, backups), Google Workspace (email), Google Analytics (statistics), Google Fonts (typefaces) and WhatsApp (only if you message us). Some providers process data outside your country, under safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

05Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used, and essential cookies for security and performance. There are no advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client; client records as long as tax and accounting laws require; analytics data according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or PIPEDA) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Email hello@itcoresearch.com and we will reply within 30 days.

08Security and changes

The website uses HTTPS, secure hosting, daily backups and spam protection. Our services are for businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
