01About these terms

These terms apply to itcoresearch.com and to SEO and AI search visibility services provided by ITCore, an agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, founded and led by MD. TAMZID ULLAH (“ITCore”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or contract says something different, that document takes priority for that project.

02Our services and proposals

Every project starts with a written proposal or order that describes the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Work outside that scope, such as extra pages, extra keywords or new websites, is quoted separately before we start it.

Free audits and initial reviews are offered without obligation and are based on the information available to us at the time.

03SEO and AI search results

Search engines and AI platforms such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity are run by third parties that change their systems often. No honest agency can guarantee a specific ranking, position, AI mention, traffic level or revenue, and we do not. We promise clear strategy, careful white-hat execution, honest reporting and measurable progress, and we only use methods that follow Google’s guidelines.

04Your responsibilities

• Give us the access we need (for example your CMS, Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Google Business Profile) and keep it in place during the project.
• Review and approve work in reasonable time; delays in access or approvals can move timelines.
• Make sure the content, images and information you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
• Keep your own backups of your website. We work carefully and take backups before major changes, but your hosting and data remain your responsibility.

05Fees and payment

• Fees, currency and payment dates are set out in each proposal or invoice.
• One-time projects are normally paid in full or in agreed milestones before each stage starts.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each month.
• If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is received, and timelines move accordingly.
• Prices for new work can change; any change applies only to future proposals or billing periods, never to work you have already paid for.

06Cancellation and refunds

You can end a monthly plan with 30 days’ written notice by email. We complete and report the work for the period already paid.

If you cancel a one-time project before work has started, we refund the prepaid amount minus any third-party costs already paid on your behalf. Fees for work that has already been delivered or started are not refundable. If you are unhappy with any part of our work, tell us first: we will always try to put it right.

Orders placed through Upwork or Fiverr follow the payment, cancellation and refund rules of that platform.

07Ownership of work

When your invoice is paid in full, you own the deliverables created for you, such as content, reports, on-page changes and schema markup. ITCore keeps ownership of its own tools, templates, checklists and know-how, and may use them for other clients. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention you as a client and share results in anonymized form; we never publish confidential data or identify you without your permission.

08Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to deliver your project. Logins should be shared through secure methods, and you can change them at any time once the project ends. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

09Third-party tools and platforms

Our work relies on third-party platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Google and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or algorithm updates, or for changes made to your website by other people.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ITCore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost rankings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Using this website

The content on this website is provided for general information. Please do not copy it for commercial use without permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

12Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and changes do not affect projects already agreed.
